Banking House In Pärnu

Planned in the 1930s as the Pärnu branch of Eesti Pank, the large bank building on the city's representative square is a historic building of great value from the point of view of heritage protection. The architects of the building are Anton Soans and Alar Kotli. Nemos Real Estate bought the building from foreign investors in 2019 and, after the closure of the SEB bank branch in 2021, has been working on the preservation of the building, the creation of a holistic concept and a sustainable use model. The final phase of the building's redevelopment is the development of the building's attic.

Post-modern private house

An architect's private house designed in the 1980s, which is one of the few post-modern private houses in Nõmme that has been preserved in such an unchanged form. We renovate the building according to modern possibilities and needs, preserving and valuing the work methods and solutions characteristic of the era and the architect. In addition to the construction works, the project includes the complete furnishing of the building (furniture, interior elements, art, etc.).
